FINAL Winter Market of the season!!! Get your goods to get you through to May 29th, when our regular weekly market begins.
The Franklin NY Town Board meets monthly on the first Tuesday of the month. Meeting time during winter months is 6PM. Meeting time during summer months is 7:30PM. Location is generally the Franklin Town Garage, with some meetings at the Treadwell Fire Hall. Location will be announced prior to the meeting.
