The Franklin Farmers’ Market at Chapel Hall starts its 8th season this Sunday, May 25th. You can find us at 25 Institute Street, Franklin NY, just off Route 357 in Delaware County – home of the Franklin Stage Company. The regular monthly meeting of the Franklin Town Board was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Supervisor Jeff Taggart. Present were Garret Sitts, David Grant, Don Smith, Lisa Huyck, Supervisor Jeff Taggart, Highway Superintendent Mark Laing and Paul Warner.
